Hello to all modellers

After a long time period I am here with my new made model kit Scania LA 8x4 Schwerlastzugmaschine.
It took approximately 2 months to finish up this kit. Because it was a conversion kit, I really had bad time in building up some parts. Usually I complete all truck cabin at the beginnig and then paint it once. This time I painted all parts separately because there are black parts between them and I did not want to mask them.
I used Tamiya TS-12 Orange color and applied 2-3 coats of varnish. Windows and photo etch parts are from Kit from Services company. They really add a nice view to my truck
While doing the back side compartment I broke some of the parts and the paint didnt look good. So I used my second Truck's parts. Now I asked Mad Modelle to send me the spare parts and hope they send. Otherwise my 2. truck will not be complete.
I noticed that there are several information are given wrongly on the instruction booklet.
Assembly orders, part numbers are fault. Especially the original instruction of ITALERI is wrong.
Parts 109 and A109 are shown wrongly. I noticed it after I completed the chasis. So I broke them and changed their place but they didnt fit well. So I used the spare parts again and asked Italeri to send me them back
This is not my fault. Its Italeri's fault.
The back side fenders are also given on a complete layer and I had to cut them carefuly.
As I look it now, I say that I did a great job by getting and building this model.
