Have a look at https://www.feuerschiffseite.de/ and you will discover a wonderful site covering lightships.
Obviously this is not exactly what you are looking for - but: When you contact Iris, the lady who designed the site, I am sure she will be able to help you.
By the way: the site is available in English language.

Hi Tomasz once more,

It's a nice site!
Please allow me 2 recommendations:
First try to complete at least the English translation of all sub sites. Almost nobody in Germany will be able to understand Polish.
Secondly I suppose to place a hint under "Ships". Here in this forum there are quite some excellent guys building historic ships. All of them potential customers...

Hi Tomasz,

The only realistic chance I do see is to investigate one by one.
A suitable starting point might be <here>. This is a list of all German lighthouses.
This private web site contains a lot of information and beautyful photos.
You can also try to contact them under info1@Leuchtturm-Atlas.de asking for help.

Next simple approach:
Start your investigation using Google configured for German sites only with the following key words:
- Leuchtturm = lighthouse
- Plan = plan
- Zeichnung = drawing
- Deutsche Leuchttürme = German lighthouses
