blue is beautiful paint on a 1968 charger

The body looks like the one from the 1969 Revell/Monogram Charger... with smoothened markers on the side !?

(Die Karosserie sieht aus, wie die vom 1969er Revell/Monogram Charger... mit weggeschliffenen Positionslichtern!?)

Overall a good paint/polishing job, but the chrome trim around the c-pillars look a little thick - but I think that´s mostly a molding problem! So Revell/Monogram is to blame for that!

I even love that polishing, but it brings the paintjob to a little "surreal" finish - I never see a 1:1 car that shines that much!!! But still a great job! :ok:

( Alles in allem ein guter Lackier- und Polier-Job, jedoch finde ich den Chromtrimm um die C-Säulen etwas dick geraten - aber ich denke das ist eher ein Formenproblem! Also ist Revell/Monogram da der Schuldige!

Ich mag dieses Polieren ebenfalls, doch bringt uns das immer zu einem "surrealen" Endprodukt - ich habe noch nie ein 1:1 Auto gesehen, was so blank war!!! Aber trotzdem gute Arbeit! :ok: )

MOPAR steht für "MOtor PARts" - Chryslers Ersatzteilhandel... schnell etablierte sich dieser Name als generelle Bezeichnung für Autos der Chrysler Division, demnach auch die netten Muscle Cars!

Thanks, the paint isn't as shiny as you think, I use a halogen lamp when working on the progress of the car to show the paint, once finished, I will take photos outside and you will see the paint looks more real. Actually, the foiling around the c-pillars was also worked to look thinner, I had to scribe before foiling, pictures might show that it's a little thick but in reality it looks fine.

It gets nicer with every new pic. Where did you get that wheels and hubcaps? I´ve never seen them in one of the Revell-Monogram Chargers(`68, ´69 and Daytona). They are really nice. Are these AMT parts from the Charger500?
