Well boys and girls, its not only the frontdriven axle which is to wide, I just checed the Volvo F8X kit from KFS, and according my messuarements its total width are 2539 mm, which is clearly visible on this perfect Volvo:

its probably used 385 tires on the frontaxle, and still they are inisde of the wheelarches.

But still a great model

Anyhow, with alot of sparetime, and to little to do I decided to take on my KFS kit, inspired by the perfect F89 already showed, and I did some small adjustments.

First of all the overall width are cutted down 2480 mm, and I have started to scratchbuild a rearaxle.

ahhh forgot to mention, KFS says:
use frame for a Volvo as a donor.

I go all the way around and scratching the frame aswell.
The F8X has an even framewidth, so instead of cutting a frame, Im just making a new one, according to the old drawings from Volvo.

Next will be to finish the tagaxle.
