My new project is EU container trailer for 20' container. All parts I will make with CNC. I will use Tyres and mudguards from Italeri.
For drawing I'm using 3D programme. All parts I will make from Polystyrole. I decided that for this trailer I will do 2 chassis, namely one chassis will be designed for Italeri container which it doesn't have right measures, the second chassis will be for real container or tank container. 20' Italeri container has 25cm, the real 20' container has got 25,4cm.
"Hubra", the first picture has resolution 320x240, the second picture has resolution 640x480, all other pictures have resolution 800x600 and this is less from your condition 800x800!
Wow, das schaut mal nach verdammt sauberer aber auch nach verdammt Viel Arbeit aus.
Weiter so, werde dran bleiben. So nen Trailer bräuchte ich auch noch
Beste Grüße PitBull
"Pitt Bull" more work will I put in more interesting and similar to original tralier will be at the end. For me is not logical some work to be made fifty-fifty
"Jurij", for drawing trailer v program 3D I needed 2 weeks, but this I were not drawing every day 8 hours, but only when I get time.
For CNC you need 'g code', this takes by some parts many time.
"Bastelmichel" - If Italeri want to follow Italian history they would have very interesting models.
"Jurij" - What will help Italeri my application? On my oppinion they are very superficial. First I need to finish the trailer and then I will focus on sale.
Although sacred sweat'm not the type of trailer but yours is really very cool.
All the details are made real-trailer extremely awesome expectant your construction times keep in mind.
Keep up the good, the parts of a 3D printer or selbergemacht from Evergreen? I would be interested.
You have wrote, that you are using CNC. How long is the machine working for a part like the disc brake? I mean the time between you press the "Start-Button" and when it's finished
