Hi Pawel,
welcome to our forum. Your pictures show two different trucks. I think you refer to the truck on the second picture. I think all 10x4 Scanias are built by Laxa in Sweden. They are specialized in such constructions. Schaumann had a 4-series Scania before the R-series shown on your photo. It was the first 10x4 Scania in Germany. I think they built for custom order, so I think you have to ask for the data. Laxa has an interesting website:

Hello zuckerrübe,
Big Thanks ! This is very good message. Really, this website is very interesting. I will write email for this firm. Yes, i'm refer to the truck on the second picture - Scania 10x4.
Again very thanks.
Best regards, Pawel.
Hello!
Normally the wheelbase are 1355 mm, from center of the axle.
Anyway, I think that the 10x4 trucks are made from 6x4 chassis, and wildest guess would be this:
1st to 2nd axle: 1745 mm
2nd to 3rd: 1355
3 and 4: 1350 or 1500
4 to 5: 1355
with a rear overheng of 890 mm.
How the steering linkage are built up are out of my leage.
Best of regards
