Scania LB141 & Tanker Trailer

This started with the last release of the Heller Scania LB 141 & the Revell version of the Italeri Tank Trailer




Both kits were built basically out of the box,
i added a KFS susie bracket to the Scania & replaced the awful kit tyres with some Revell ones(stuffed with toilet roll to make them fit/look better on the rim!)
I know it's hard to believe but the Revell tyres are better than the Heller ones!!!
Replaced the Revell Tanker tyres with some Italeri rubber ones & moved the access ladder to the rear of the tank & added an underrun bar/light bracket from the Italeri 720 accessories kit.
Decals are again from Kangaroo Decals.
The colours are automotive spray cans.

great Scania :ok: :ok: . Actuallay I build this modell too, so it is very interesting to see other Scania LB.

I hope you have more of this older trucks. I am great fan of them.

Honestly, I like your work! The model shows so many fine built details. The colordesign is highly rememberable - well done! :prost:

I ask myself how the driver will change gears :idee:
Maybe you will take a needle with a ballhead to substitute the missing part.

you have very good eyes,it does not have a gear stick :D

it has broken off and just needs to be glued back on(it happened when i shipped all my models over from England to New Zealand in 2005) :bang:

or an english self operator bought it somewhere in france or sweden, cause the truck is left side steered...

Don´t worry, we have also right steered trucks in Germany etc also.. ;)

as street cleaners, waste trucks etc.
